Facilities include central heating, swimming pool, BBQ, antique and functional oven. Nature trails on site, children’s horseback riding lessons nearby, pets are more than welcome. We also have a 14th century private chapel. Sightseeing flights of the Tiber Valley in our plane will resume soon.

We have two suites, with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom, and another two rooms with a common bathroom. You can also relax in the refectory, also known as “ The Pilgrim’s Cave”, where you can read, eat breakfast, or have a snack, while enjoying the view. Our specialties include American breakfast and homemade New York Cheesecake! A perfect location for whoever wishes to relax in the countryside away from the noisy city, as well as, venture into the artistic charms of eastern Tuscany.

How to get here, E-45 toll free HWY exit Sansepolcro- turn towards Ss3 Via Tiberina Southbound. At “Hotel La Balestra” intersection (3rd traffic light), turn left towards “Montagna”, after 3.4 km (3rd bridge) you’ll recognize San Martino on your right.
